Chew Wei Chien

 

 

Born in Sabah, Coach Chew Wei Chien is a competitive-level badminton player and assistant coach with experience in junior player development from 2022 to 2025. Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese, he communicates effectively with players across different age groups.


Specialising in singles at competitive level, Wei Chien focuses on technical precision, match strategy, and tournament preparation, supporting athletes in building discipline and performance consistency.

  • Champion – Glory Cup & KSAH Annual Athlete Championship (Singles & Doubles)
  • Runner-Up – Kejohanan Badminton Piala Menteri Besar Negeri (Doubles)
  • Runner-Up – AIRASIA-BAM National Junior League (Singles)
  • Represented Malaysia in an international badminton camp tour
