Soon Chit Shien
Introducing Coach Soon Chit Shien, a badminton legend from the scenic province of Perlis, Malaysia. With a rich tapestry of experiences both on and off the court, Coach Soon embodies the essence of dedication and expertise in the world of badminton.
With two decades (2002 - 2024) of coaching under his belt, he possesses a nuanced understanding of the sport that goes beyond mere technique. Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay and Thai language, Coach Soon creates an environment that fosters growth, resilience, and sportsmanship.
Achievements:
- 1999: Men’s Double Semi Finalist at National Junior Circuit
- 2006: Men’s Double Semi Finalis at 13th World Chinese Badminton Championship
Credentials:
- Coaching Certificate Level 1 under Badminton Association Malaysia
- NROC Level 1 certified.
- Proficient in VALUES & PRINCIPLES IN SPORT.
- Equipped with Standard First Aid training.
